Withdraw from contract

If you are a consumer (a purchase not made for your trade or profession), you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason (Terms & Conditions, section 5.1).

Business buyers: purchases made for your trade or profession have no statutory right of withdrawal, so this form will not create one. You may still submit it - our team will look at your case and get back to you.
